VDS Print Manager v3.1.1.406

Add CloudFront cache for better PerfectPass performance.
Will show printer serial number for EXISTING Evolis printers.
Added "Copy Printer Settings to Local System Service" button in VPM Config.
Tenant Dropdown now automatically selected.
Enhanced debug logging.
