The Evolis Primacy requires regular maintenance to keep it operating to specification and to maintain the manufacturer's warranty.
Caution: If you do not carry out the cleaning cycle at the required time, the print head warranty will cease to be valid.
Recommended Cleaning - Every ribbon change (250-300 cards)
Mandatory Cleaning: Every 1000 cards (or when the cleaning light is illuminated)
