Check students in and out of detentions from the Detentions screen. 


To check in a student scan their student ID card or tap the student listed in the detention roster. The Detention screen will list only today's detention events.



CHECK IN
  1. Tap Menu > Detentions to open the Detentions screen

  2. Tap a detention to view the students assigned to the detention

  • Detentions attendended by 1 or more students will be highlighted blue




The student list



Tap a student name or SCAN the student ID card to mark the student CHECKED IN


Once all scheduled students are CHECKED IN a green person icon will signify 100% attendance.





CHECK OUT
Tap a student name or scan their ID card to remove the CHECKED IN status
