Once a Notification Template is created the Send a Notification incident action can be used.


  1. Open Discipline > Incidents
  2. Select an Incident, then Add Action



  3. Select SEND A NOTIFICATION



  4. Select SMS or Email
    Note: (to send both create another notification action)



  5. Choose a template name

  6. Set Send Notifications To Guardians


  7. Click SAVE
