What is a Global Exclusion?

A Global Exclusion is a scheduling option that prevents assignment of any detention on the specified calendar day.

By marking one or more days as globally excluded you can ensure PerfectPass will not assign detentions on holidays or special occasions where school is not in session.

Use the Edit Global Exclusion Dates calendar picker to manage global exclusion dates in PerfectPass.

Add or Remove a Global Exclusion date

  1. Open Scheduling
  2. Click on Manage > Global Exclusions to open the Edit Global Exclusion Dates screen.

  3. To add an exclusion click on the calendar day to shade it blue. It is now globally excluded.

  4. To remove an exclusion click on a blue calendar day.

  5. Click SAVE
