When first installing the Evolis Print Center, the magnetic encoder functions need to be configured for the Primacy printer.
Enable Magnetic Encoding
The magnetic encoder functions may be accessed from the Evolis Print Center.
- Open the Evolis Print Center
- Right-click the name of the Primacy printer then select Properties
- Click on Encoding to view the encoding settings.
- From the Encoding through an application drop list, change from Inactive to Standard
- Click OK to save the changes
