To adjust the droplist options for a USER field, navigate to the Data Screen Configuration menu.


  1. Login to IDMS, go to Utilities > Setup > Database > Data Layout Define
  2. From the Data list, choose the desired drop list field
  3. In the Static List Items field, enter additional items, separating each item with a comma (ensure there are no spaces before or after the comma) 
  4. To save changes and exit, click Save and then Close 


Note: Repeat the above steps for each applicable IDMS environment (Utilities > Switch Environments)
