Adding additional items to a USER field droplist can be performed by modifying the field in the Data Screen Configuration menu.

  1. Logon then open Utilities > Setup > Database > Data Layout Define
  2. Select the drop list field from the Data list
  3. Add additional items in the Static List Items field. Use a comma to separate items (do not include a space before or after the comma).
  4. Click Save then Close to exit

Repeat the above steps for each applicable environment (Utilities > Switch Environments)
