1. Log in using the SYSTEM OPERATOR account, or equivalent administrator account
  2. Click Security > Add User
  3. Enter a Login ID (case-sensitive)
  4. Enter a Password (case-sensitive and limited to 8 characters)
  5. The example screenshot shows the typical user permissions
  6. Click OK to save and exit
