This warning notification informs the operator that a user field is not mapped to a database column. Any edits on the described field(s) will not be saved to the database.


The notification was added in IDMS/RapIDcard Pro v7.10.XX and may appear as a result of upgrading from a prior version.


(Date of Birth is an example)



FIX OPTIONS
The warning can be resolved in three ways.

  1. Map the User Field
  2. Remove the User Field
  3. Set the status to hidden

example - Set a field to hidden

  1. Open Utilities > Setup > Database
  2. Open Data Layout > Define
  3. Select Date of Birth from the Data drop-list
  4. Uncheck all boxes, enable Hidden
  5. Click Save then Close
